The hotel provided free toiletries and the option to borrow pajamas, so i appreciated that. The staff was super friendly and helpful, assisting with directions and local recommendations. The room had a kettle, convenient for making tea. I also appreciated the selection of bath salts available to add to the relaxing bath after a long day.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable.

The staff was polite and quick to respond to requests, SO I appreciated their attentiveness. Front desk personnel offered assistance with luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. They were always ready to help with a smile.

Clean and Convenient Stay

I found the room very clean. Staff collected my delayed luggage from the delivery service. Communications with the hotel were quick and professional. Breakfast had enough variety. It was not special, but I was not hungry in the morning.

The room was small. It was not big enough inside to fully open my large wheeled suitcase. The mattress pad had stains, though it was washed.

The hotel is quite near Kanda station, so I used that to get almost everywhere in the city easily. A 7/11 store is situated right next to the hotel. I did appreciate this convenience.

Laundry service is available for a reasonable price, 300 yen for washing and 100 yen per 30 minutes for the dryer. The hotel provided amenities, like free toothbrushes and soap. Daily cleaning was very thorough. I liked this.

The location was great. The train station was very close! A convenience store next door was super handy, and I could grab snacks anytime. The room was really quiet, and I didn't hear any noise from outside. This helped me rest well after a long day of travel.

The room was a bit small, though it was manageable for one person.
